Instructions for online submission of Application
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Candidates whose name appears in the final merit list in Tripura University website for the award of Ph.D / Post Graduate / Under Graduate programmes for the year 2024 and 2025 are eligible for doing the registration.
2. Separate application should be submitted, if receiving more than one degree.
3. Copy of the Registration certificate, final marksheet and AADHAAR card should be submitted along with the application.
4. Before filling online application, candidate must have all required scanned document/s along with recent visible passport size photo and scanned signature in jpg/jpeg format.
5. Payment gateway will be opened only after successful filling-up of online application and print application will be generated after successful payment.
6. Candidates has to download and print his/her ‘Convocation Pass’ from 05-03-2026 from the online portal.
7. Candidate should carry one valid Identity card like AADHAAR, PAN, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport along with 'Convocation Pass' on the day of Convocation.
8. No refund of fee will be entertained at any circumstances, once remitted.
9. The entries in registration form cannot be changed once submitted. Hence, candidates are requested to ensure entry of all information correctly.
10. All candidates are requested to visit University website regularly for all Convocation related updates.

Before filling online application, kindly possess the following documents:
1. Recent passport size colour photograph (without mask). The dimension of photograph must be 3.5*4.5 cm (width*height) within 10 Kb to 100 Kb limit. Mobile Selfies will not be accepted.
2. Signature in .JPEG format within 10 Kb to 100 Kb limit.
3. Scanned Photocopy of Final Semester mark sheet in .pdf format within 50 Kb to 100 Kb limit.
4. Scanned Photocopy of Registration Certificate in .pdf format within 50 Kb to 100 Kb limit.
5. Scanned Photocopy of AADHAAR in .pdf format within 50 Kb to 100 Kb limit.
Convocation Fees: Fee in person - Rs. 499/- Fee in absentia - Rs. 499/-
Important Dates:
Start date of submission of Online Application: 25.02.2026 (from 12:00 noon)
Last date of submission of Online Application: 28.02.2026 (upto 11.59 p.m.)
